We've added automatic translation features in Concierge Chat to help international hotels communicate easily with guests in multiple languages.
Now, hotel staff can manage conversations smoothly, even if they don’t speak the guest’s language.

- Guest message translation: Staff can translate guest messages into the language set in their CMS view, displaying both the original and translated text.
- Pre-translated responses: Staff can now preview and edit translated replies before sending, ensuring messages align with brand tone and accuracy.

This update brings all services together in a single, unified search, making it easier for staff to find and manage guest requests.
Now, if a guest requests anything via Concierge Chat—such as booking a table at a specific restaurant or scheduling a spa treatment—the staff can search across all services by product or service name (including PRO services) and manage the request seamlessly without leaving the chat.
